incorporating a cement board core, reinforced base coat and 100% acrylic polymer exterior finish

System Overview
CBWall is a non-structural wall system using ASTM C1325 cement boards over a variety of approved substrates, including ASTM C1177 silicone core gypsum sheathing such as Dens-Glass Gold from Georgia Pacific, Fiberock Aqua-Tough Sheathing, ASTM C1396 gypsum sheathing, exposure 1 or exterior grade plywood (Grade C-D or better), or exposure 1 OSB.

System upgrades can include the addition of insulation boards and silicone enhanced textured finishes to improve dirt pick up and mildew resistance, elastomeric finishes with enhanced crack bridging capabilities, and tinted primers to improve final aesthetics.

Recommended Uses
New or retrofit commercial, institutional and residential low-rise construction such as hotels, hospitals, retail, schools, multi-family apartments and condominiums, and government facilities.
